I love Strictly :-D...... this morning's BBC mentioned Victoria Pendleton,Lisa Riley and Denise Van Outen were appearing on the show....

Think Jerry Hall should be good,but she is tall so could be at a disadvantage methinks. :-(...but there again so was Cyd Charise.

Oo-er Wend, what alot you've got Wend.
My potatoes have not done so well this year, because for most of the summer they were stood in wet ground. Everything else hasn't done too badly. Plenty of Strawberries, Runner Beans, Dwarf Green Beans and Borlotties. Brassicas have not done so well or Cauliflowers. Only managed half our usual Peas.
Onions and Shallots okey. We don't grow courgettes.
Tomatoes grown in the greenhouse, up at home were late ripening, but they are coming along fine now.
Re your caterpillers. If they are big enough to handle, then pick off. If not, give a squirt of the Bug Gun, but not near the fruit.

Julia, this is what I harvested at the weekend. Unfortunately, my potatoes got blight, but I did manage to get quite a few medium-sized tatties. No bakies this year though. :-( Have frozen quite a lot of veg, but still more to do.

Advice please from an old pro. The leaves on the toms in my greenhouse are being munched at by green caterpillars. I've never had them before. ??
