Yesterday, as I was coming back from the hospital, and doing a bus change in Derby, I popped into the indoor marker, where I knew a flower lady had a stall. I bought a plant, and for the devil of me, I cannot remember it's name.
It is like a Bromilaid, in that it has the narrow tappering leaves as them, with a central flower head, just again the same, with the flower being a deep maroon with a bottom edge of a light yellow.
It is an indoor plant.
There was a sticker on the total display, and began GU or GLU.

Any help would be helpful, as it is niggling me to thi nk of the name.
By the way, it was £2.95.if that helps.
