It isn't your pc Creeky, it's GR. They have too much data and are in the proccess of transferring it to a bigger platform/base/server/thingummy whatever it is called. Why they keep adding more features before correcting long standing errors is anyones guess. Maybe correcting errors will take up more space? :-S :-S

Genes must be one of the slowest sites on the net. It's been like it for ages now. They must know what is causing it to hang. Is it all those adverts?
I have changed computer, added more memory, reinstalled XP, and used three different browsers, all to no avail.

Feel sure loads of people are giving it a miss despite all the new features as I now get very few matches etc.

Such a shame.

And just as I posted that, up pops my Virus detector to tell me that multiple virus intrusions have been detected

Hi all'

The Australian site has just started (in my case) earlier this morning fine but now (6 10 am ) keep getting the error message.

I can't get onto 'My Threads" and has takem me ages to arrive here.

Not usually a problem with the Oz site

I finally got "contact us" but when I tried to preview what I had written I got the error message again. I kept going back to the message and it took me about 30 tries before I was able to preview and then send the message. What a shambles.

Yes, it is a fair cow this morning (NZ time). I also tried the help-contact us but got the error message for that too. This is utterly ridiculous.

I think it is overload on a miserable (well it is here) bank holiday monday. Just a lot of people using the boards. Took me a while to get on too and I am on co.nz :-)

I had 10 in a row even one on ' Help' to e.mail GR !!!!! Grrrrrrrrrrrrr.

I gave up then and went to tidy up my e.mails instead...fun ... NOT !
