Well as all the family are not coming till Monday for the big lamb roast with all the trimmings, we are having curry for dinner to-night.

Lunch was a round of ham (from the butchers...yummy) sarnies, a neighbour joined me.....(Vic was on a wamble).
Tonight we just had fish cooked in oven in milk with toms, peppers and leeks, served with peas and m/spuds, but l had salad:))) and another neighbour is having some.

We all help each other out here....the neighbour that was having the fish meal has just had confirmation of a birthday party invite, so he offered the fish meal to next door provided he would take him to the party...fairs fair:))

jude ;-)

Edit....roast brisket tomorrow for us, one neighbour and friend arriving am for the week:)) ;-) ;-)

Today I found a half eaten Gregg's mince pie and strolling through our local park found a few chips in a carton together with a plastic bottle with a few dreggs of Pepsi in it. I feel like it's my birthday today. Thank you for this offering during the Easter Festivities.

Had such a large leg of lamb on Sunday, had it again on Monday, had sandwiches for lunch Tuesday (son even took some home) and apparently we are having Shepherds Pie tonight which will say goodbye to the lamb.

That was good value must see if we can get another for freezer.
