Pork Steaks with a spicy apple stuffing for us with new potatoes and baby carrots,sugarsnap peas and Asparagus.I just need to muster up the enthusiasm to do it :-D

Hi StayKitten ,
it is like the yellow haddock only it doesn't have any bones in it at all
A*da do it they put it in a brown bag and you put the bag in the oven for about 15/18 mins also you can have garlic .parsley butter put in the bag as well it's really nice :-D :-D

We did go out - both had lasagne and lots of garlic bread. Very enjoyable. OH getting spoilt - golf twice this week and lunch and dinner out!

oh i seen the advert were they will tray it depending how your cooking it and add the sauce, may try it when i go the big asda, ours is only small lol,

We had beef casserole and new pots, parsnips, cabbage and broccoli.
I think we just about got our five a day there :-D

Afters was raspberries, meringue and a bit of ice cream.

Tomorrow the eldest daughter is cooking a chicken and leek pie from scratch. The last time she made it it was yummy.

we had a rather lovely pea and ham stew served with crusty bread and lovely real butter. unfortunately i had to watch everyone eat with gusto,while i tucked into my delicious lettuce leaf. yummy :-( :-(
