Still happening today....I sent a note to Genes and of course I've had a reply.....what server are you using what operating system.....
can't they think of something else to blame it on

Nope stayed signed on this time......I'd laugh if it wasn't so bloody annoying

And again now I have the post added....and it's thrown me out again !
At the top of the page it says sign in and in the password box there's dots already....but there's too many for it to be my password !!
So I sign in again and it takes me for the first time tonight to the Home page.........................................................will it throw me out again now whne I post this one ??????????

Again today, I go straight in to my message page no problem. I try to go to my tree....no tree comes up and it doesn't say my name or number of people on my tree etc BUT it does show who I have access to for their trees so it must know it's me. Then when I go to the page here to see if others are having the problem again, I have to sign in. I put my e mail address - it remembered it but when I clicked on it it said put a valid e mail address in !!!!!!!
I WANT A REFUND.....THERE'S BEEN SOOOOOOO MANY DAYS WHEN WE CAN'T USE THIS SITE PROPERLY.......THEY ARE IN BREACH OF THEIR CONTRACT ......agh!!!!!!!!!

Just had to log in twice. Have "remember me" ticked, but was asked 5 times if I wanted to update my password.
Kept telling it NO, but it obviouslt didn´t believe me.

Have had to sign in twice yesterday and again now

Agree total pain, when all i needed was the drop down before!!

Had to think what my password was (so long since last used) hope it recognizes me now :-S

OMG !!
I've been trying to do some work on my tree and look at the community boards tonight and I have to log in every 5 mins, sometimes it just keeps asking for my log in again and again and again.....and like everyone else I never log out therefore I never have to log in normally !!
Well at least this is all for improvements......oh hang on every time they improve it we have problems....maybe it's my server......!!!

Been thrown out about 6 times so far this evening.
I get in after signing in, get home page, open up a thread but can't reply because I'm not then logged in, even though I was before clicking on a thread title.

dont log out, but even so, just had to sign in

No problem for me, just once this afternoon, been ok since. I don't log out either, but if GR do some maintenance work, THEY will log you out, and I'm guessing that's what happened.

I know its been a pain but I have a fair idea or hope I do, at what they have been doing so its no biggy if thats the case is it :-D

I forgot to post an announcement yesterday indicating that we were going to do an early morning deployment. My apologies about that. This deployment includes some changes to the login process behind the scenes and everyone should be required to log in again. There are a number of other changes that will be detailed in this weeks technical update blog. Including much needed performance ones on the home page and login process.
