Congratulations. I know just how you feel as I have a new granddaughter as of just two days, born early but fit and well. Each grandchild is a precious gift and is our future.

Wonderful news - always lovely to greet a new life and such joy and fun from g.children. You can go on swings/slides etc etc. Pantomines and shout and yell 'he's behind you.' I could go on but will let you find out for yourself!!!

congratulations.
Iwill always remember hearing my first grandchild was on the way(we waited a long time) we had a little grandson who i now two and a half,he was closely followed by our beautiful granddaughter who i now 17m old,and in two wks time we will be grandparents for the third time.. your grandchild will change your life and bring you so much happiness.good luck and i hope everything turns out ok. :-D

Brilliant news, I know just how your feeling. I was just 40yrs old when told I was going to be a Grandmother, Gran or Nan.

I am now 57yrs old and a Nan to 4 gorgeous boys and two beautiful Girls. The latest born last Saturday, a girl, Crystal Rose. She is absolutley beautiful. My youngest Child is due to have her 1st baby in April.

I hope all goes well for you and yours.
