Never heard of risotto baked in the oven, but I love risotto cooked on the hob, I use my wok to do it. |

Merlin that is exactly what puts me off risotto. As a result have never cooked it. |

Although we both like rice, I have never made risotto. Wednesday night we watched the Hairy Bikers, and they cook a Risotto dish with Broad Beans and Asparagus in with Sliced Green Beans on the top. We both said it looked delicious, but could not eat a platefull of it, without some meat on it. |
