Julias Idea of a small dram could be the same as mine, a Litre Bottle, :-S and Island, leave the shallots out of it, I,ve cornered the market on those , however I,ll send you a wee dram down the cyberhole to toast the babies head early, but sip it (not like you usually do down in one go ) its expensive Quarter Cask Malt. :-D :-D :-D.Congrats Piers.

I'm just having a modest libation of Scotch to wet the babies head.

Island, if we make a start with our needles and hooks, we could have this little mite fully kitted out for the next couple of years, before it is even born LOLOL

My wife (who is Dutch) makes a very unusual rice dish :-D

Cooked rice is placed in an ovenproof dish and tinned tuna placed on top. This is then covered with an onion and green pepper which has been softened. On top goes a white sauce which has mushrooms in it. Grated cheese is then placed on top. Then baked in the oven. Might sound odd, but tastes ok :-D :-D
Makes a change from Weiner Schnitzel, Hanchen Schnizel and anything else Schnitzel lol :-D
