	Hello there Uzzi Amongst many things (which I will remember eventually!), the regular one for me is going upstairs to get something, forgetting what it is when I've got there, and remembering when I've gone downstairs again. Annoying, but good exercise! Wend x

	What did we have for dinner yesterday? Why didnt I wake up on time for my appointment this morning? Did i put my asthma spray in my bag? Just because I walk with two sticks, why does every passing gentleman feel free to tell me how his wife/mother manages. They do it nicely mind.

	There was once an e-mail going around about old age which I deleted ages ago (I think) ..but why not start our own Old age is getting stopped by the speed cops is because you were going too slow when a good night is sleeping all the way through when happy hour means having a nap
