	I have a double ended knife. A knife one end and a swinging peeler the other and they fit into the one handle. It is the second one I have owned and it is wearing out now but I can barely function without it. It is MY knife and others may not even contemplate using it. They may, in emergencies, use my wooden spoon but the use of my knife is unthinkable.
