Unless dau knows exactly where her children will be staying then my thoughts are that she should not let them visit. Consult solicitor. |

Another thing, he hd the children for the night but won't give my daughter his address and we do not know where took them and my grandaghter 12 was shocked to se his girlfriends things there. Him 40 girlfriend 22 he hs only been gone less than 2 months and kids ar devistated. |

She should get a decent lawyer,she is entitled to some of the things accumulated during the marriage, also regarding the property where she and the children live,untill they have finished their education they will probably be able to stay there. best to get a really good lawyer though who knows his law. try citizens advise people they can advise her as to her rights and put her in touch with solicitors etc.**M**. |

My son-in-law has left my daughter and two cildren aged 5 & 12, he owns 3 properties outright, 3 with another colleague, a caravan also with this other person. He has taken log book of daughters Car and says he will sell car and buy cheaper car and keep the difference! he also says she must leave the family home and go and live in one of these other properties.! Advice |
