Isn't it Silverstone next? We need a Brit to win it, so Go Jensen!!!

(Hopefully he'll be riding high after last week)

I love Seb Vettel, he makes me smile, but I really want a McClaren to win Silverstone.

Happy days,

No standing encouraging the under 13s for a few weeks .

Yipeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee :-D

Sadly I cannot abide football
Freezing on sunday mornings is not my idea of fun.

I used to like watching the wrestling on world of sport on saturday afternoons in the 1970s with my dad :-)

I remember the wrestling on TV and we used to see it live at Walthamstow Town Hall..lol now that is going back in time :-D

Oh gosh it certainly IS going back :-D :

I too like F1.
My younger acused me of just watching it for the crashes.
My reply: 'The cars are safer than they used to be, the drivers are extremely well paid and insured, and they don' t HAVE to do it.

I, on the other hand, get p*ss poor pay, and being a mere pedestrian, may get run over by a No7 bus. Oh - and because of the inextravegance of my pay, I have no insurance!!

Hate Wombledon and FFFootball

As for snooker-I'd rather have pins put under my nails than watch that!

I also like F1 and Jenson Button lives over here now, often to be seen in local co-*p, bless him.
Sorry I do like football too.
The one sport that drives me nuts and would never watch is cricket :-P
nothing exciting about a lot of men in whites rubbing a red ball up and down the front of their trousers, lol.
Tennis is no better. ZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzz

ROFL @ Cath's cricket observation.

I loathe that too.

I did watch the athletics today, final day tomorrow :-D

AARRGGHHH Gymnastics yes, I like watching that, cycling, swimming all that stuff but athletics? Noooo, makes me shudder.

Mind, I think that's a throwback from the horror of school sports days. Bad enough being bullied at school because I have curly hair, but when you invariably come last in running races it gets a bit much. (To be fair, nobody, even me, had any idea I had problems with my hips back then)

Agree with Maggies comment about snooker too. Sooooooooo boring, if OH is watching it I always fall asleep.
