Searching Family Tree

Is anyone else having problems with searching on family trees. When I open my tree (or anyone else's who has given me permission) and insert a name for a search, I get a message 'Please Wait' and after a while the tree disappears and a small square with a red cross inside appears on the screen. Is anyone else having the same problem or is there something wrong with my computer. |
