Thank you ladies, I really have gained a few more grey hairs over the past couple of weeks!

He apparently got a bit cheeky with the nurses...lol they reckoned it was the after effects of the anaesthetic, didn't like to say that he's always like that :-))

I'm so glad that things are looking good, Sue. I know how worried you've been. You can breathe a bit easier now.

That is brilliant news, Sue.... tell him the Taffia will sort him if he even thinks of doing too much, lol

Now we just sit tight and wait for your other update, when it happens......

You know I have worn a hole in my carpets all this pacing!!

He is home...yay!!! Sounds really good on the phone, being checked on by one nephew, the other flies in next week.

He still has a drain in but is so keen to walk up and get his paper!
He got a good telling off for even thinking about doing that.

In a couple of weeks we should find out if he will keep the leg, we have everything crossed that the blood supply is now sufficient.

Thank you for your kind messages, calls and emails.
