Hi All

Thanks for all the suggestions. I like the idea of Amazon vouchers and something else. I'll suggest it to my boss. Please keep suggestions coming but as I'm at work, I'll check back tonight.

As she is a student and likely to be short of cash, Amazon vouchers sound a good idea. Or, if she wears jewellery how about a nice silver chain and the rest in Amazon vouchers?

Amazon vouchers...then she can spend it on all sorts of things. You can print off the voucher as a card.

Our offspring think that Amazon is cheaper for books than the uni bookshops, and of course, she could use it towards general 'stuff' (pots, pans etc) that she may need.

How about a money belt if you want something to wrap, with the balance in vouchers?

Is she interested in computers?? Perhaps a detachable fingy stick for photo storage, can't think of the word!! Or one of those electric photo frames, you can get some really good ones for that price:o))

My boss has asked me to think about a leaving present for a girl in our sister-company's office. She is 21-years old. He might as well ask me what to buy for a martian for all I know about 21-year old girls :-)

She is leaving next week and travelling round Oz for a month then going to Uni in the UK. She is a quiet, hardworking girl and has earned something nice. He is talking about approx £50. Any suggestions please?
