I kept getting a very strong hot match for my Westgarth family to Joyce Moore's tree tried to contact her numerous times and opened my tree to her but no reply .Now Joyce has just vanished no longer a hot match.

Does anyone have contact with her or any possibilities as to why she has vanished except the obvious she has left GR. I really would love to get in contact with her

If you go to your sent messages, the envelope will still be purple if it has not been opened, if it is white it has been opened.

Many thanks Liz, Yes the latest messages are still purple but the ones I sent way back in March have been opened as are white but no reply. If still around wish she would get in contact but beginning to fear the worst. My problem i am a bit erratic in time spent on the family tree it's all or nothing and months can pass without me touching it
