I think Susan may be right.

It's like the self-control you need not to sit down with your food to eat it. As long as you stay standing up beside the refrigerator or over the sink, there are no calories involved!

I think it's all a matter of self control. I never eat the hole of the bicci or the doughnut. By the time i get tho the hole bit, i just tell myself i have had enough and throw the hole away! Susan
