problem with genes reunited

I have been experiencing difficulties with GR since Nov 2009. Things have improved but I still cant "search records". When I enter my request I get a fault message, cant action and direction to FAQ, However, i cant get a result here just go back to home page. Any ideas, thanks regards, daphne

same problem,GR say they can't replicate the problem so it doesnt exist !

how do you view your hot matches?

do you scroll down the pages till you find one and then view it? then moving down the page again? OR..
do you try the "new" button to fetch them all in one block on page one?

If you are paying the premium membership to be able to search/view records at this site, and have not been able to do that for all this time, you need to demand a refund!

With only a standard (cheapest paid) subscription, you don't get access to records.
