I would guess that it might be more learned behaviour than inherited ............. if momma has it and doesn't go out, then child follows suit.




but who knows?



they're conducting research on everything these days to find "the" gene that controls whatever!

It may be. I think that the jury is still out on that one. It could well be learned behaviour though.

To my knowledge nobody has discovered the 'agoraphobia gene' as yet.
