I went swimming this afternoon in our brand new swimming pool that opened yesterday. The changing rooms are mixed!!! Do have cubicles but you do mix with the men,and to top that i did feel comfortable in my swimsuit talking to the male attendant. Its all very open plan and from the cubicles and lockers you look straight onto the pool. Cant wait to go back tomorrow. Annie

How much do you pay to go swimming.I think this new pool is dear.It cost £3.90 entry then 20p a locker and £2.00 in the car park.In the old pool you got your car park fee deducted off the price to go in and it was only 60p.I surpose we have to pay for the new building now lol Annie

Oooooh !

How much is it for a swim ??

Was it packed ??

I heard it had family friendly changing rooms :o))

About time it was opened, we have been without a swimming pool for a couple of years now, although our primary will still be using the secondary schools pool for swimming as this apparently is dearer for school use :o((

EDIT..just saw you put the price :o))
