Enroll at a local college for a course in healthcare,,this can get you an ongoing learning - study on the job,but healthcare work covers a wide area from elderly to children. |

I am trying to get a job as one and its darn near impossible without an NVQ!!! They want you to have one to start -but you can only gain one in a work environment!-gggrrr! Wondered if was just my local hospital or if anyone else had ame problem. in 3 years time our hospital won't have any as no-one can train there! |
