woopie off to be weighed at docs at 4 20 thats been a high protein low carb, cant believe it xx

Be careful of *too* low carb. That's when the body says: eek, starvation.

And eat your veg! ;)

Thanks everyone, ok ive had cardboard AKA bran flakes or shreddies then meat usually chicken veg and salad stuff, altered flavoring of chicken from garlic piri piri and bbq oooh and not forgetting pickled chillies thay speed your metaboism up xx
