Morning all.

On my 5th attempt of upgrading my payment was accepted , a message came up saying i was already a member asking me to contact ( did not note down which dept , i know i wasnt because a chap has allowed me to look at his tree i was regected,( looked today, nothing rings a bell ) i do have a Number for me to quote.

I went to my bank and they told me there was a block on my card which is now unblocked.

Does this mean my first 4 attempts will be taken out of my account.

Sorry to go on....not very good at writing e mails.

Hi Robin, I find it very difficult getting in contact with GR.
I used to have an address in my address book, but it is gone now!

My bank just told me it looked suspicious there was so many transactions they put a block on my card.

I will take a look on My Account , and see my bank again today.

I have been a member since 2007 , this is my first time i have upgraded.

A chap sent me a message to see my tree , he gave me permission to look at his.

So i thought i should upgrade to Standard.

I have no Pc at home so i can only use the library computer....2 hours a day....when it is not busy.

I did receive an email "Receipt" £9.95 has been paid.
