But I am having problems with mail going missing too, not on this site either.
The problems we have..... and really , should we be doing some housework instead?

Hi Dana

The responses which were sent yesterday may have been private messages, and sent to your Messages tab at the top of your page.( three from the end)

Thats why you haven't seen them on this thread

Please forgive the tardy reply. We thought that three responses were sent yesterday but cannot see them in the "thread" so heaven knows where they were sent to.
Thank you all for your tips and good wishes,
Genes is the only Site I have a problem with so far.
I have not yet contacted them for help but will do so tomorrow.
The" Zoom" button on bottom right of screen was a great help until a few months ago and is set to 400% but unfortunately is no longer sufficient for my needs.

Dana is genes the only site that you have trouble with?

If it is I suggest you do as Deanna suggests and get in touch with Genes.
If you hover over the help button you will find 'contact us' I have found that they do usually respond if I contact them. You should ask them if they are aware of the software and if there is anything you need to do to make it work on this site.

Dana, have you tried asking GR?
Although I find it very difficult trying to get in touch with them myself.

Hello,
I am a Visually Impaired Person and I have to use the Dolphin Guide software which reads everything out to me.
Is there anyone else using this method as I cannot get it to remain still enough to even sign in!
I have had to give up all Journals and magazines to do with Family history but hoped to hang on to Genes and this Site.
Any help will be gratefully appreciated.
Patience please as I will have to rely on my busy husband to read out any answers
