VIEWING TREES

A second person has today, sent permission to view their tree. However, I cannot access either.
Any non technical clues please

Possibly they don't realise that they have to click to activate their tree-JLe

Janet thanks. I have had the PM saying "I have opened my tree" and it does say "view", but when i click on, nothing happens

I can't open any trees although it does it's 'building' bit. must be a general fault

I have just tested mine,working ok.

"my contacts"
"view"

I have reported this to GR as a fault. Have tried again with the two I have been trying with, and still no joy.
