I drink skimmed milk in my tea, as I cannot stand the 'creaminess' of ordinary milk in my tea. But, I do like soya milk on my cereal. Does anyone know if soya milk is fattening. |

Julia. Don't know if it's fattening, but alot of ladies on another website I use for chatting about hysterectomies drink it as it is good for menopausal symptoms. |

Helen, I had to laugh at that, because I should have drunk it about eight years ago then. LOL |
