I would think it would depend what fruit you used Julia, Strawberries go mushy when frozen, apple is probably ok. Wouldn't be fresh fruit salad though would it? Frozen fruit salad?? |

......made a batch of fresh fruit salad in sugar syrup, frozen it and successfully defrosted it. What was the consistency like when thawed. |
