Have been browsing "trying to find" site and found a connection, posted last February 2010, when l send a message it is opened (l think)but no response, could this person have not renewed subscription, so my question is (being a do do) if l send another message and put my email address, would they be able to see it, and reply??

Do you mean a private message (PM)?. You can do that by clicking on their name which opens up a box to type in.

Non paying members can receive and reply to received messages, so if they haven't renewed, then that isn't a problem. If you look in your sent mail box, if the envelope next to the message is white, then it has been opened. There have been numerous thread suggesting why people don't reply, so don't take it too personally.

If you wanted to send them your email address, that is your decision, but what ever you do, don't add it to a thread on one of the boards which can be read by anyone.
