I don't think there is a person alive who doesn't have/know secrets that they will never reveal.

However, sometimes secrets have to be told. If a child is in danger, or even an adult, keeping a secret can be worse than telling.

You have to know whether it is the wrong,or right, thing to do,and sometimes it takes the wisdom of Soloman to decide.

Can depend on the secret, the people and circumstances involved. I would have to give it a lot of thought and think through the consequences of keeping the secret to myself.

Having something kept from you can feel like a double whammy when the truth comes out, especially if it involves mutual friends.

I would let the secret teller know that I was passing the information on though.

Depends on the secret,

If I was told that someone had commited murder or any other evil crime then No,but in the main yes anything I was told in confidence stay just that a confidence.

I think it all depends. Where i work if a resident tells us a secrect and it was about someone abusing them, then no we have to tell them we cant keep it to ourselves.I also think its the same with friends. If a friend is in danger of any kind then no.if its just about a affair then its there business.
