advice re. broadband/cable pls

Does anyone know if it's possible to add extra connection once cable is installed? We want our son to be able to access internet in his room, but don't want to use wireless. (We have Vigin account).

Yes (as I remember) you can, but I do not know how much it is, if anything.
I know because I asked about it at the time.
