Throwing out ideas.

Home Office
Immigration Services, both to see if he is still in the country. Suppose you could try the Brazilian Embassy to see if they could help track him down in Brazil.

Help please. I need to find out if a Brazilian called Jose V Cunha is still living in London or England. He was still in England in 1986 and was a student.

If anyone knows him or his whereabouts please let me know asap as a marriage is imminent and we need to know if a divorce was actioned.

Thanks
