....are they for real? Have you had one? and what did it entail...and how did you handle it...or has your partner had one? How did you handle it?

I'm reaching that *time* in my life..and am looking forward to and dreading mine in the same measure lol xx

I wouldn't know.
I did reach a stage (am still in it) where I didn't care less - and embarrassed (and still am embarassing) my (adult) children - but I call that just desserts - and my grandchildren couldn't care less - granny skipping along the street is fun!!
If that's a mid-life crisis - then I embrace it!!! LOL

'course they're real, Muffy

Here's a symptom or two..

- when your cd collection only has a couple of cds which were recorded in the last decade ; and one of them is Robbie William's Greatest Hits

- when you haven't a clue how to tweet

- when you start every second sentence with "I remember when..."

- when you can't actually remember when

Is the 'knee problem' a mid-life crisis, or just a case of getting older?

suzian

suzian Report 3 Jun 2010 00:38

The "knee problem" is neither a "mid-life crisis", or "just a case of getting older" it's a joint issue!

I'm off to bed and taking my 'mid-life crisis' with me. It'll be there again tomorrow when I try and get out of bed! (Actually, it can't be mid-life, unless I'm going to live to 124!)
