Mau, absolutely amazing... I had heard of Emily Pankhurst of course... but we did the Russian revolution at school and it was all so boring, lolol.... my Nan did talk about when she voted for the first time... her husband beat the heck out of her because she refused to tell him who she had voted for, she didn't tell me that, my aunt did years later... can you believe that? |
