Hi RMS Cause of discharge looks like arteris sclerosis.

not result of but aggravated by ordinary military service

Like DET I can not read what is after the word Permanent.
Under that looks like
Prevents or presents less than 20%
DG AMS (which might be Director General A..Medical Service) states Prevents 1%P 10 7 17 which is the date

Top right hand corner is the amount of pension per week he is offered and there is also something about children which is hard to read.

We are trying to read the "Report of the Medical Board" It is kind of tricky to read
