I was singing "Boom bang a Bang Boom Bang a Bang that's how it goes"......until OH pointed out that was the song Oompapa from Oliver!! *sighs*

Me too Mildred :) tho I was older than 8.lol
I got married in May 1976 when Fernando was No 1 in the charts !!
Got all the vinyl LPs, and all the best of and Abba Gold on CD.

How about Knock Knock (who's there) sung by Mary Hopkin, she came 2nd in1970.

Waterloo was my all time fave :o))

I remember watching it that year, I was only just turned 8 years old, I fell asleep before the end & Mum woke me up just as they took the stage as winners

I've been an Abba fan ever since :o))
