This subject has been raised before some time ago. My niece has one and does a lot of cooking in it. It even has a self clean function.

Pam
A friend of mine has a Halogen Cooker from Alfred James got eveything with it..

She never uses he bigg cooker now as these are more economical.
She cooks buns and cakes in it..

Have a look at both sites but I know she prefers the Alfred James Halogen cooker.

Hi perhaps I live on another planet but I've never heard of a halogen oven and why on earth would you want to "lift" it? Could google of course but that would spoil the fun of your replies!

Ah had to google this. I now know it is a microwave oven (I won't use one - I like my food unzapped!) with a halogen bulb (won't use one because of the high mercury hazard) to brown food. So that is something I definitely WON'T be buying!
Thankfully they don't seem to have reached Spain yet
We are still rejoicing that you can buy an electric kettle here!
cheers!
