Why does it always turn nasty if you plan an outdoor meet?


Have just returned from a Mini Meet ... 2 Australian contacts over on a family history search + a few others from this site ... yesterday it was hot & sunny, today wind & driving rain!

not just English weather - Welsh weather is awful today - here in Cardiff it's been freezing cold and windy all day - have actually made a hot water bottle to take to bed tonight!!

Last weekend I spent a lot of time on the sun lounger getting a tan!!!

..Just who's just got back from camping on a hill in Somerset!!!!
sister & I thought our tent was going to blow away last night - had to have a few more glasses of wine to fortify ourselves~
We had torrential rain as well yesterday - everything in the tent felt - indeed WAS damp!!!

Sunny, but a cold wind here today. Have put a blanket back on the bed at OH's request. He was cold last night, I had put a fleece my side as he said he was warm enough!
