I am going into the garden to top up as well... once I have been shopping...

I have some tidying up and bits and pieces to do.... and would like to get that done before the full force of the sun hits us, later.

The beauty is though, that there is always a nice dappled shady spot in my garden... where I still tan slightly, without getting burned, and can pot on/ prick out etc etc to my hearts content... and I have a table and chairs in each spot.....bliss.

Love

Sounds magical Daff, can I join you? There are builders next door here to-day, up on scaffolding, so no bending over the beds for me to-day and definitely no showing me white flab. Ruddy nuisance! xx

Lovely here again today. But, a lovely breeze, thank you. I know I should not moan about the sunshine, but after two days, it is enough for me. I like it to sunshine, but can't stand the heat very well. Will potter at my own spead today, and maybe a lay down this afters. But, loads of planting to do.
The 'menu' goes abit out the window in this heat, and it is just a case of eating because we have to.

PS. apparently, here was the hottest spot in the country yesterday, and I can quite believe it. Phew, phew and thrice phew

It is not so nice here in Merseyside, overcast and not very warm.

You are more than welcome, Wend, lol.... we just hear the London/Cardiff trains as we are not far from the line... but you get used to that... some sheep in the field across the way.... the birds and a distant lawn mower... dragonflies dipping and diving... I love my garden... even the pylon in the corner is the fanciest in the row, lolol!

I wonder where my sunbed disappeared to? I haven't seen it for two or three years... wonder if I gave it to my mum???
