Cat just brought in a mouse - I grabbed the cat and he dropped the mouse which ran under the sofa - now I can't find the mouse at all - he's in my living room somewhere but I've torn the room apart, upended everything - what a mess - have had to let the cat back in to find him!! then hopefully rescue little Mickey yet again!!!

nxt door's cat has now turned up and she's about as much use as a chocolate teapot too!! they're both strolling around the house without a care - beginning to wonder if maybe Mickey has made his escape

well how about this for gratitude!! Just managed to catch the little tinker and was carrying him down the garden - him squeaking away like a good un - he bit me and I dropped him!! They sure can bite - teeth like little needles - have put TCP on it and am waiting for my GP to call me back to see if I should be doing anything else!!

think someone should start a sympathy thread for me!!!!

Dont worry - rabies can be cured if caught in time and weils is curable as well nowadays.

Trichionomystosis is a bit more difficult, but a course witha faith healer should do the trick after several visits.

Kidding!!!!!

Hi Daff - my cousin is home, still wheelchair-bound - upper body fine - trying to get his legs working now - goes to the gym and swimming pool regularly with occasional stays in Bath for hydrotherapy treatment - thanks for asking - it's been a long haul - he was struck down over two years ago with that disease
