Hi Helen,
Try popping a small firm cushion gently against your tummy (boobs should hold it place) next time you are on the pc, it may help keep your back straighter, take a little pressure off the wound until the muscles get stronger.you can rest your elbows on the cushion as well, its worth a try............

Just spent 3/4hour sat at my pc and my back and wound are sore, so I've had to come and lie down. Now if I didn't have my iPod touch or mobile I wouldn't be able to keep in touch with what everyone is doing. Had no wifi connection in hospital so couldn't use it for the Internet whilst in but it kept me sane with the games I had on whilst bed ridden. So modern technology can be a blessing despite what some people say.
