Morning Puss, we have grown parsnips for donkey's years on the allotment. Never had any problem. Just planted the seeds and let them get on with it. It is the same as Jane says, they may come abit bent, because as like carrotts, if the tap root when growing down hits a little stone for instance, they will either bend of grow forked. |
