and we have just eaten some yummy ones for tea.

just read yet another good/evil food story and while red meat is not as bad as once thought the humble banger and bacon are bad again.

Its bad enough trying to think of ideas every night for tea and then the food experts pop up again and upset the apple cart.Grrrrr

I am soooooooo glad you put this up before me.... I have just read it (must be on a health kick today, lolol) and it was going to be my next thread, lolol

I don't eat sausages often, but when I do, I binge eat them.... do you reckon they will have the same consequences as binge drinking? lolol

Love

Daff xxxx

Don't you worry Daff - a little of what you fancy now and again, as they say! Sorry I didn't spot you earlier, wasn't feeling too good! Much better now and off to cook some sausages (on my ownsome tonite) - blame you Cooper, you've got my tastebuds rattling! We've got some in the freezer made by a butcher friends of ours and they're scrummy - much better than shop-bought ones.

Curries are salt-laden, Cooper - way over the permitted daily amount. Nothing nice is good for you, so why worry, I say. I'm sure now and again is fine.

All things in moderation unless you are a skinny bottomless pit aged 11 that needs feeding every one to two hours

They're one 'U' short of a sausage, bit like me.

Goodnight everyone - I've been in my greenhouse a lot to-day and I'm all pricked out ~~~~~~~

A little spelling mistake Mac, such was my haste to report the perils of the humble sausage:)

I like sausages, if they are good quality. Not saying this to be snobby, but they do put alot of 'muck' in them, these days. My favourite has to be in a bread roll with brown sauce, especially if eaten at a roadside type of cafe thingy. In our local B&Q carpark there is a chuck wagon, which we have to pass going home from M*****sons on a Friday. Sometimes have one there, but if having them at home for a dinner, I like the better ones.
