Just woke up after having my first uninterupted nights sleep for a week, it was heaven. The sun is shinning through the window and hopefully it will remain a lovely day. Will hopefully take a nice gentle slow walk up the street today, have only been up the garden path so far.

What good news! A good nights sleep is just what you needed. Must be great too, to wake up in your own home and to be able to do what you want to, when you want to.
