Hi SRS,

We've been members for years but could never take full advantage of it but now 'imself has taken very early retirement we go somewhere every week.

We're also in Warwickshire wildlife trust and CADW. CADW membership gives you free admittance to English Heritage places as well.

Havn't tried Bonsai from seed, Joan, but have Cacti.
Some friends have devoted a large area of their garden to the Bonsai, and have even 'decorated' the surrrounds of this area in a Japanese style. It is very interesting that you have been able to do this, particularly in the climate in which you live, though I do appreciate they are for the outdoors.
Good Luck

~~~~waves to Gwynne and Joan~~~~~~
Alas, I always manage to kill bonsai trees for some reason Joan. Do you grow them from scratch then?
Gwynne, I was only thinking the other day that I'd like to visit some National Trust houses. Are you a member?
I am so glad I asked that question Eldrick lol How many string tank tops have you knitted so far and in what colours? I also count afternoon napping as one of my favourite hobbies lol
So many.........
Collecting old sim cards, taking photos of kittens, rescuing abandoned labrador puppies, monitoring the quality of the Rev. J. Smiths finest, learning to speak sheepish, shopping for bargains at Netto, looking for cheap holidays to tell my friends about, excavating my own personal nuclear bunker, having frequent naps, knitting string tank tops, taking the cat for long walks on the beach and fishing for tadpoles. To name but a few.
Life's exciting, isn't it.
