It's great to feel your not alone and others have
same problems as me. My OH has just taken
some photos of me but I don't think the world
is ready for them yet. Ah well to cheer myself
up I'll have another chocolate eclair sweetie.

lol Emma,

I need to lose 20lbs to get into the normal BMI range, I could do that IF I could walk a couple of miles each day. I use a stick, crutch too.

So until they can rebuild me (again) I'll have to sit on my fat bum and imagine I AM 'NORMAL'

I've had the same experience as you ladies but
what gets me is that you must exercise to lose
weight great if you can but I walk in with a walking
stick in pain with RA and looking for another option
apart from exercise. Never got one yet. Emma x

Muffy, I went to weight watchers too.... no no, it was Slimming World.

I had a bad cough... she warned me that my medicine had x number of *sins*.... and, get this, my blood pressure tablets, fgs... she suggested that these *sins* had to be taken off my daily total..... or used as my *treat*

I never went back, and I'd paid a small fortune upfront as well..... I wrote to Slimming World expressing my concerns that a programme co-ordinator or whatever title they give themselves, was actually suggesting that people made a choice between food and life saving medication. I never did get a reply.

That was a fair few years ago, now... but I still wouldn't go!

My GP wouldn't have it at all the my weight increase was anything to do with my medication either.... I did try suggesting it ;¬))

I think it'd be dangerous...I'd fall out with my computer if it told me there were too many calories in wine....I have a horrible feeling it would end up being thrown out of the window !!!

Fell out with the smug woman at weight watchers for the same reason...though fortunately for me (and her) I didn't throw her out of the window much as I wanted to lol.

You start off with yourself age height weight , you have to feed and excercise your self daily and at the end of the day it says....you have eatten to many chrisps look how your bum will grow if this carries on...or you have not had enough cals this will happen if you dont eat correctly....and so on
