lots of cakes
custard to go witht he cakes lol

fed up of cakes and me and hubby only ones that eat omelletes and quiche although he could make one and have it with salald for tea.


Now a nice good old full english brekkie sounds fattening but very nice, hubby eats eggy bread but i dont.

now im fancying a bread and butter pudding with custard mmmmmmmmmmmm

oo and tey made cabinet pudding on tv the other day never had it so theres another one i can add to list and a nice big chewy meringue with loads of cream

Wish my OH was a chef!
Oueen of puddigs is nice
4 eggs
1pint milk
4oz fine breadcrumbs 3-4 level tablespoons raspberry jam
3oz caster sugar
Separate eggs beat 3 egg yolks and one whole eg, add milk and mix well add breadcrumbs
put jam in layer on bottom of pie dish
pour over milk/egg/breadcrumb mix leave for 30 minutes
Bake in oven at 150 degrees C, (300 degrees F) gas mark 2 for 1 hr until set
Wisk egg whites until stiff and fold in sugar return to cool oven for 15-20 minutes until set and lightly brown.

Serve with cream
