Chris Evans was on tea time drivetime show on radio 2 so he may have picked up listeners from there.

I did like him years ago on radio 1 before he quit but he takes some getting used to in the mornings!

I miss Terry especially "Janet and John" stories

I agree with Annie about Steve Wright.
He can be very annoying at times.

He might have more listeners, but I feel that they are not radio 2 listeners.... they are the radio 1 listeners who have followed him.

Radio 2 was more for my age group... but it is slowly turning into a station for younger people.

I really do not like him anyway, so no longer tune in.

Chris Evans took over the Breakfast Show in January
Chris Evans has added more than one million listeners to the BBC Radio 2 Breakfast Show since he replaced Sir Terry Wogan, official figures show.
I dont listen to the radio much so cannot comment. But I have never really like the man. What do you think of Chris Evans and his show?
