The conservatives would never agree to PR per se, and the libs will know that, but they may agree to 'discuss' it, or some other form of electoral reform, and that may be enough to complete the agreement and form a coalition. |

We don't know they haven't yet Lesley. But whatever, PR is NOT the most pressing issue in the country at the moment, economic stability is, and national security are the pressing issues, and it is those they need to agree on. |

It may be, but I see it that Nick Clegg has played his hand brilliantly. There had to be a deal to form a majority government, and Clegg was the one to deal with. He was also aware that the country wanted Brown, if not Labour, out, so he forced Brown's hand too, and predictable talks with Labour collapsed today. |
