Anyone know how Jean is? I was thinking about her the other day and meant to email her, but today I got an email with her address on but it's asking for money to complete her work in Madrid!!!! Defo a scam one but mentions her name as well as the email addy.

I do have her phone number around but wondered if others had had the same email. I am sure she is not really in Madrid, bless her - asking for 1000 euros by Western Union.

She is fine, I think, Liz, I have seen her on FB a couple of times, and I know that she is meeting up with some ex GR peeps next month, but I am unable to go.

I'll go and check my e-mail, just to make sure. Thanks for the tip

I also had that e mail, twice to both my e mail addresses.

I had one to Liz, just deleted it... hope you are o.k. watch out for the post man I am posting your" letter" tomorrow

I have deleted the email but not sure why it came. I will try and ring her if I can find her number as I think it is still in my old phone, a lot of numbers didn't transfer over.

She says to please delete the e-mails, they are not from her, be careful, as she has been hacked.

Liz, her account has been hacked (e-mail) and everyone on her contacts list will probably get at least one of those mails. That's why you got one... your e-mail is in her contacts.

I had a message and have been on facebook and left Taff a message, but am having problems opening some of my emails, could just be aol being a pain as it's not the first time it's happened.

What a pain tho, being hacked into like that !

Uh, oh, I hope nobody gets that sort of email purportedly from me. Hopefully I gave the scammer my wrong password anyway. Has Jean changed her password so he cant use her account?
